We are a small family owned kennel specializing in the versatile German Shorthaired Pointer. Our dogs are an integral part of our family as both hunters and pets. We are dedicated to improving the breed and providing others with the joy and companionship these dogs have brought to our life. Our committment to improving the breed means that we will not allow puppies with any type of defect known to be hereditary to be used for breeding purposes. L & J Kennels will not knowingly sell a puppy with a genetic defect unless the buyer agrees to spay or neuter the animal. Most defects do not hinder the dogs ability to be an excellent hunter and companion.
